SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

Orders are subject to the processing times, shipping methods, rates, and other conditions described in our current Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery estimates are provided as estimates only. Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delays may occur due to circumstances outside Ngo Label's reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other transportation disruptions.

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

Returns are governed by our current Returns Policy.

 

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Once a return is authorized, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.

 

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Items showing signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, fragrance, stains, damage, or other conditions inconsistent with our Returns Policy may not be eligible for a refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by law.
